Brewing the perfect cup of coffee is a work of art, and it takes an artist to design the perfect coffee maker. Designed in Portland, Oregon by glass artist Etai Rahmil, Pure Over is ingeniously crafted to brew the purest coffee ever. The all-glass coffee making experience utilizes a built-in glass filter to ensure there is no residual taste in your coffee. Like the French press, Pure Over allows some coffee oils and microfine sediments through. Its dual immersion and dripper style result in a fuller body and smoother mouthfeel.

Pure Over uses a process called cake filtration to filter your coffee. Cake filtration is a process in which the coffee grounds act as a filter itself. Along with the glass filter, this makes for a bold, full-bodied cup of coffee. Great for your coffee ritual and even better for the environment, Pure Over spares you the hassle of paper filters forever. Made of borosilicate glass, it is also exceptionally durable and heat resistant.

How To Brew
— Grind 20g coffee to medium coarse
— Pour grounds directly into glass dripper
— Put diffuser lid on, and pour water through until grounds are saturated and let bloom for 20 seconds
— Continue to pour water through diffuser lid until it reaches handle connection
— Let coffee drip through till finished
— Place dripper back on base and enjoy!
