These Acutus Damascus Chef Knives were developed based on input from the Hjortsminde slaughtery and award-winning design Jacob Leth-Espensen - meaning you'll get a knife for life. The 67 layers of Damascus steel give you a premium knife that is sharper and much more durable than any other knife on the market, while the POM handle is designed to give you a unique balance and grip when using the knife in your kitchen.

By making a knife with a blade of VG10 damascus steel - where the steel is folded 67 times and has a HRC of 62 - you are guaranteed a premium quality knife of the finest steel material, with a durability and hardness that keeps the blade much sharper and last much longer than a traditional knife.
