A wonderfully-preserved Middle Eastern Islamic Koran (Quran) book dating from the 19th Century or prior. Every one of the pages is handwritten and illustrated in black ink, with some of the text featuring red or blue accents. The book measures 8.5" by 7", and is 1/2 inch thick. The pages are fragile, with some torn edges, otherwise intact.
